Tsebo Solutions Group celebrates Heritage Day and its diverse culture

At Tsebo Solutions Group, we believe that increased diversity is vital to our continued success as a business. We believe the skills and talents needed to lead, develop and grow our business are found in our people. This diversity was celebrated on Heritage Day which seeks to celebrate the rich culture within our rainbow nation.

Tsebo Solutions Group celebrated Heritage Day across our client sites where staff dressed in their traditional attire and celebrated the true essence of our culture by preparing truly South African meals.

Tsebo believes that increased diversity is vital to its success and as such, strives to attract and retain the best people from all cultures and provide them with an environment in which they can reach their full potential and in doing so, provide unmatched client service to our customers.

Inclusion is an integral aspect of Tsebo Solutions Group. We employ over 300 people with disabilities. The youth represents 47% of our workforce and our staff compliment comprises of a diverse range of cultures, religions and ethnicities that contributes to our impeccable level 1 BEE-status. Tsebo also strongly believes in the power of women, with approximately 62% of our employees, management and leadership being women.

“At Tsebo, we understand the importance of an inclusive environment where all our people can flourish and grow their skills and talents. It is the responsibility of each of us to grow the Tsebo brand by increasing the diversity of skill and talent, while taking responsibility and solving challenging behaviours such as harassment, bullying and discrimination that are against the Tsebo values that we serve to uphold daily,” said Elanie Kruger, Group Organisational Effectiveness director at Tsebo Solutions Group.
