Tsebo Solutions Group has expanded its national workplace management platform through the acquisition of Flick Pest Control and its regional subsidiaries. The move strengthens Tsebo’s Cleaning, Hygiene and Pest Control division and enhances its ability to deliver integrated pest management solutions across South Africa.
Flick brings more than five decades of pest management expertise and a strong reputation in the South African market. The acquisition includes its regional businesses – Pestmaster KwaZulu-Natal, Fumigation and Marine Services (FMS), and Contractokil Environmental Services in the Western Cape – which will continue operating under their established brands while benefiting from Tsebo’s national infrastructure and integrated service platform.
As organisations face increasing scrutiny around hygiene, food safety and environmental compliance, this integration strengthens Tsebo’s ability to deliver reliable, standards-aligned pest management supported by experienced technicians and transparent reporting systems.
