In South Africa, Tsebo secured its fourth consecutive certification, ranking 13th out of 154 participating organisations. The Group also retained its certifications in Kenya, Zimbabwe and Zambia, with the Kenya business placing among the top three participating employers in the country.
As one of Africa’s largest employers, Tsebo’s achievement reflects its dedication to empowering employees and building a better world of work across the continent. Assessed alongside over 2,400 globally certified Top Employers, Tsebo achieved an outstanding overall score of 96.1%, exceeding the global benchmark by 10% once again, with improvement recorded across all HR domains and topic areas.

It is a strong indicator that our focus on capability, leadership and responsible digitisation is delivering real progress and value. In practice, this means that our people and subsequently our clients are supported and inspired throughout their journey with Tsebo.”
